The Youyuan studio, which does not yet have a single game under its belt, announced its first project called Arisen Force: Vonimir. This is a two-dimensional Action RPG, which is made in retro graphics, hand-drawn. The release will take place at the end of 2024 on PC and in 2025 on PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch consoles. However, right now you can try out the free demo version by downloading it via Steam.
The developers need additional funding to complete the game, so they launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter. They need a total of $15,000, but new opportunities will be added for reaching additional thresholds.
Arisen Force: Vonimir is a 2D RPG that combines a compelling story with a stylish action-based combat system. The player can explore the large fantasy world of Middle-earth to meet new allies, challenge enemies, and discover its secrets. One of the features of the project is the free use of any weapon. So, a mage can equip a heavy sword, and an archer can become a tank.
