After taking the elevator down, you will go through the first corridor, getting rid of the Necromorph that will appear here, until you get to the bunker with a moving catwalk.

Make your way through the next rooms until you reach a corridor that starts with a locked door – use kinesis to open it and then move forward. Get ready to fight fast Necromorphs.
In the next part of the tunnel, the player playing as Carver will be transported to an imaginary world where they must fight their own battle. Isaac will encounter “normal” Necromorphs.
If you are playing as Carver, you will be transported to an imaginary world in your mind where you will have to fight a ghost. Your main goal is to destroy the marker located on the other side.
Proceed further, replenishing your supplies with crates on the floor until you reach a room with columns and a slightly icy part of the room. After a few steps towards the next door, you will be attacked by a horde of Necromorphs. After clearing the location, go forward.

In the next room, you will find an elevator that will take you to a tunnel with a freight elevator.
EarthGov Artifacts 1/1 – On the catwalk at the top of the freight elevator tunnel.
Upgrade Plans 11/13 – On the wall to the right in the next room after crossing the tunnel with the elevator.
Go forward to the next bunker with a moving catwalk. This time you will be attacked by several Necromorphs.
The next corridor with several lockers leads to another bunker – turn the catwalk 180 degrees again to be able to move on. In the next room, go left, taking a rather dark path.
Weapon Parts 13/14 – Behind the crate, near the stairs.
When you open the next large gate, you will be attacked by several Necromorphs.
Finally, you will reach a place with a supply crate. Get ready for another fight – Carver will again suffer from hallucinations and will move into an imaginary world.

During the second visit to the imaginary world, all goals coincide. You must repel the attack of small, rather obsessive spirits and destroy the Marker as quickly as possible. It is located at the end.
