Grim Earth is a 2D action game with platforming elements. The developers do not hide that when creating their project they were inspired by the games released on the legendary consoles of the past: NES and Amiga.

The story begins from the moment our protagonist appears from the cryostasis capsule. Once on earth, it is difficult for him to believe what he saw: the soil gives rise to mutated plants, chaos reigns everywhere, and the air is irretrievably poisoned. The reason for this transformation was the aliens who chose the third planet from the sun as their transit point, visiting it for the last 5000 years, until it became uninhabitable.

Finding himself in splendid isolation, with a spacesuit and weapons from monsters, the protagonist sets off on his last journey. On the way, he will have the opportunity to solve difficult tasks and find small echoes about earthlings. A special place in his adventures is occupied by the intersection of platforms using all kinds of means. From the player’s side, this is a great opportunity to plunge into the world of the future and take a look at what the home planet can become if there really are developed life forms in our universe that are incomparable with humans.
