The remake of the first installment in the legendary Front Mission tactical RPG series will soon no longer be a Nintendo Switch exclusive. Forever Entertainment SA has announced that FRONT MISSION 1st: Remake will be released on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. This will take place on June 30, 2023.

FRONT MISSION 1st: Remake is a remake of the 1995 tactical RPG Front Mission. The project takes place in the year 2090, when wars around the world are fought using giant machines called wanzers. At the center of the conflict are the fictional states of the United Ocean Union (OCU) and the United States of the New Continent (UCS). The remake features updated graphics, a modern control mode, and a re-recorded soundtrack.
