Studio SNK Corporation has published a trailer for the next character of the fighting game The King of Fighters XV named Haidern. He is the leader of the Ikari Warriors mercenary squad, which also includes the previously represented Ralph Jones and Clark Still.
Initially, users could see Haider in Metal Slug, released in 1989, as well as in the intro for Ikari III: The Rescue of the same year. In The King of Fighters series, he made his debut in the very first part, The King of Fighters ’94. Like many military men, Haidern is rather stern and laconic, but at the same time he cares for his adopted daughter Leone.
The King of Fighters XV will be released on February 15, 2022 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S and PC through the Steam and Epic Games Store.
