Angela Game studio shared details of a major update 1.0 for the survival simulator Myth of Empires. This update will be installed along with the full release, which, as it became known, will be released in February 2024. A more exact date will be announced later.
Update 1.0 will bring with it the following:
- New ways to navigate the world include hovering gliders, climbing tools that allow players to scale high walls, and platforms that can be used for combat or simple movement.
- New defensive structures and mechanical tools for collecting items, designed to unleash the creativity of players and allow them to build ever more advanced and powerful empires.
- Dongzhou Island is a vast new world with islets, volcanoes, seas and ships, as well as new bosses.
- New ways to play the game, including host and single player modes. In addition, private servers have been improved and now have the same functionality as official ones.
- Modding support, as well as a powerful tool for creating custom modifications.
- Simulate sieges and challenges across three major battlegrounds (Settlement Battles, Fortress Battles, and Prefecture Battles), allowing PvE players to experience large-scale NPC battles and PvP players to hone their strategic skills.
- New skills designed to make combat more exciting and fun.
- A new planting system that gives players the ability to grow crops where they like, freeing them from being tied to limited areas.
- New racing mode.
- New characters, weapons, structures, saddles and armor cosmetics will appear in updates after version 1.0 is released.
