The South Korean company QROAD has entered into an agreement with the Russian platform AppBazar

According to South Korean media reports, QROAD has entered into an agreement with the Russian platform AppBazar and the Chinese company TL Global to promote games from South Korea in these regions.

QROAD has been providing commercial support for game launches both in South Korea and abroad for many years. The company’s services include: testing of finished products, technical support for users, localization, marketing and much more. The company is not a full-fledged publisher, but takes on part of the necessary work on publishing and supporting games.

Mobile app store AppBazarmay be unknown to our readers, since MTS announced its launch in November 2022, and since then there has been almost no news about him. It was planned that it would become one of the largest platforms in Russia, where applications could be published not only by Russian, but also by foreign developers. However, in January 2024, the project was sold to investors from Armenia, but the details of the transaction were not disclosed.

“Thanks to QROAD’s innovations and relationships with global companies, it is possible to provide significant support for the promotion of Korean gaming companies to the global market. We hope this will revive the stagnant South Korean gaming market.” — Jung Hoon Young, Vice President of QROAD.
