For mobile MOBA League of Legends: Wild Rift, update 2.3 has been released, which at the moment has made only a part of the planned changes. The previously announced close friends system has been added to the game, allowing you to strengthen relationships with players with whom you often play in a group. In total, you can add 20 people, choosing one of four types of relationship with each:
- great partners;
- a strong family;
- inseparable allies;
- best friends.
First, you need to send the player an offer of close friendship, after which you can pump the level of relations up to the 4th, playing together and giving each other gifts. Close friends can use each other’s champions in regular matches and against bots. They receive a special in-game badge and a shared memory feed, and they receive notifications when they are online. If the player does not agree to become a close friend, then you can simply subscribe to him (up to 3 people) to move them up the list and receive notifications from them.
Other changes have been made to the game as well. Added the ability to suggest changing the order in which Champions are selected in Ranked Matches. You can now perform network diagnostics before starting a game by tapping the icon in the upper right corner of the home screen. The runes have been rebalanced, and some have been completely replaced. The balance of champions and items has also been improved. The full patch note can be found on the official website.
As for the new champions Riven and Irelia, they will be added on June 3 at 03:01 AM ET. An hour later, at 04:01, the Broken Blades event starts, during which you can get one of the two new characters for free.
