Lambs on the Road is a 2D story inspired by The Road by writer Cormac McCarthy. The focus is on the fate of the father and daughter, who, leaving their hometown, decide to go in search of the last stronghold of civilization. But the further they go, the more horror they meet on their way. Corpses are everywhere, a meeting with other survivors necessarily turns into a struggle for the right to continue their difficult path, and crowds of cannibals who have long forgotten about the cost of human lives roam the forests and highways.

The gameplay is presented in the form of a classic platformer with elements of survival. After visiting any location, you will need to study it in detail, and if enemies live on it, then try to avoid direct confrontation by quietly sneaking away or committing a silent murder. The mechanics of playing for a father and a daughter are very different, since the former has high strength and can fight opponents, and his blood can easily crawl into narrow cracks and pick locks.
Graphically, everything literally screams decay and decay. The color filter is turned to gray and brown as much as possible, and in moments of danger, the screen fills with red. So forget about the bright colors and try not to die by the end of the story.
