MOBA Predecessor will enter the OBT stage next week and become free

After 15 months in paid early access, the third-party MOBA Predecessor is moving into open beta. This will happen next week, March 28, 2024. Starting today, the game will be free to play, so purchasing the Founder’s Pack will no longer be necessary.

“This is a critical stage for our development as we move into open beta because we want as many people as possible to play the game. Multiple players in multiple regions means we’ll be able to track performance, make data-driven changes, and learn what we need as we move toward the finish line,” said Omeda Studios.

According to the developers, thanks to the fact that more players will be able to appreciate the game, they will be able to make changes and improvements faster. However, there are no exact dates for a full release yet.

Let us remind you that Predecessor’s main competitor, Paragon: The Overprime, will be closed on April 22, 2024. Therefore, this game will remain only for those who want to play something similar to the original Paragon from Epic Games.
