An ordinary guy from Canada, Simon Jarrett, dies in a car accident with his participation. He survived, but his brain was badly damaged. His doctor offers the hero an experimental treatment, but before that, Simon undergoes a brain scan. Immediately after that, the hero finds himself at an experimental station, which keeps many terrible secrets. All the workers have disappeared, the laboratories look abandoned and forgotten, occasionally there are robots who firmly believe that they are people. They are so sure that they are right that Simon seems crazy to them.

The events that took place in Soma represent the main gameplay, download via torrent and you can see for yourself. There are no complaints about the main part: walking along the corridors, solving complex puzzles and interacting with the environment – everything is as it should be in such games. The creators wanted to satisfy everyone at once: both users with a love for intellectual riddles and those who like to get confused in dark corners and run away from monsters. The monsters came out not very frightening, but even more annoying: when the monitor again beats in a fit, and the road is cut off by a monster that can throw you back to the beginning of the path, there is a great desire to quit everything and not play it. It would be better if it was an adventure walker, because the setting and the type of narrative intimidate better than any monsters.

The water levels are no less annoying. From time to time the character moves to other stations – on occasion by transport, but mostly on foot along the ocean floor. Being a backpacker is boring as hell. Water scenery came out downright boring and not interesting for the players. You should get from one point to another, but getting to the right place is extremely problematic, you need to wander up to fifteen minutes of non-virtual time. For the first time it will seem quite curious and interesting, although the graphics are not the strongest, but the ocean floor looks impressive. But the more often you get there, the more you realize that all this is monotonous and boring. Not only a wonderful script, for which the writers can be thanked, is a good toy, but also an excellent voice acting. The voices of the ever-cheerful Simon and the sociophobic professor Katherine are great to hear, and the dialogue makes you immerse yourself in the story even more. The audio memories that our hero can listen to by touching the owner are no less captivating.
