The Bards Tale is a series of simple but addictive games with linear locations that open up as you progress. The initial version of the game was released in 2004. To date, there is already the 4th part of The Bards Tale 4 Barrows Deep, which can be downloaded via torrent via the Internet. It is a continuation of part 3, but in general it does not apply to the 2004 game. The plot of all games is built around the main character – Bard, whose main goal is enrichment and attention from charming princesses. The game is favorably distinguished by an abundance of humor and a fundamentally new look at old locations, in particular, the familiar tavern and guild remained, but visually underwent changes, the city itself also increased. The main character still needs to pick up items to make a profit or create new equipment, explore the surrounding locations, fight local monsters. To successfully complete the assigned tasks, you can change your skills, for which they need to be taken from the list at the bottom of the screen. Talents can be:

• shield strike;
• fencing with two hands;
• powerful shot and so on.

Musical accompaniment has been preserved in part 4. In general, this game pleases, as well as previous releases, and you can complete it in 15-30 hours of pure playing time.
