Ryzen 9 5900HX is one of the fastest mobile processors on the market. It contains eight cores with the new Zen 3 architecture, runs at 3.3-4.6 GHz and is overclocked.
Judging by the PassMark software rating, this is generally the fastest mobile CPU. True, there is no Ryzen 9 5980HX in the rating, but the difference will be negligible.
New AMD is gaining in the benchmark just over 24,000 points, while the Ryzen 9 4900HS scored 19,850 points. Before AMD’s new flagship APU, no other mobile processor surpassed the 20,000 PassMark marks. By comparison, the Core i9-10980HK scores just over 16,500 points.
It is worth clarifying that we are talking about the multi-threaded mode. In single-threaded, AMD’s novelty is also the first with a score of 3365 points. Here the closest opponent for the Ryzen 9 5900HX is the Core i7-1185G7, gaining 3000 points.
