1 – The magazine will be on the bench after you talk to Donovan as part of the “Compromised Corruption” story mission.
2 – The magazine is on the top floor of the supermarket controlled by the Southern Union.
3 – The magazine is in the room on the top floor of the brothel.
4 – The journal is on a stone block in the graveyard.
5 – The magazine is on the counter in the sports club. This location is controlled by enemies by default.

Magazine 1
You can get this journal after starting the “Cracked Corruption” story mission, in which you meet with Donovan and plan with him how to take over Downtown. The magazine will lie on the bench where the meeting took place (as shown in the picture above).
Journal 2
The magazine is located on the floor of the Bellaire supermarket, its exact location is shown in the picture above. The supermarket is controlled by default by the racist Southern Union organization, and it may be best to wait until you visit the supermarket as a result of one of the missions associated with this organization, or until you take control of the Southern Union zone. The magazine is located next to the room where the main office of Chester Moreau is located.
Journal 3
The magazine is located on the ground floor of the brothel, which is controlled by the prostitution racket by default. You can take the magazine by weakening said gang or after you have completely captured it. The exact location of the magazine is shown in the picture above. This is the room where Lincoln can kill one of the VIPs.
