It’s time for a game called wolfenstein: the new order! This is the third part of the game series, in which our main character is still William Blaskowitz. While retaining many of the gameplay features of previous installments in the series, there are some new additions to this game. Namely, subtext. Political and social, which together calls for morality. As you already know, the game takes place in an alternate universe. The developers are considering the option in which the Third Reich won the Second World War. The protagonist receives a severe head injury in 1946. He plunges into a vegetative state, from which he emerges only after fourteen years. And immediately before his eyes appears a cruel world in which a normal person would not want to live. This is how the main action of our game begins.

Plot of Wolfenstein: The New Order

One of the main antagonists, that is, the negative main characters, is the Skull. In 1946, Blaskowitz and Fergus Reid fly to his castle. They are attacked by German fighters. Blaskowitz is given the task of eliminating the robots interfering with the advance of the Allied Forces, with which he successfully copes. But rather, they are attacked by super-soldiers, and he, along with other heroes, is captured by the Skull. He kills one of Blaskowitz’s comrades (depending on the player’s actions). After that, he leaves, and Blaskowitz and the surviving soldier overpower the super-soldier, jump out the window, having previously provoked an explosion. They fly into the sea, and one fragment from the explosion hits the protagonist hard in the head. He regains consciousness in the hospital. He is cared for by Anya, a Polish nurse. Blazkowicz immediately falls in love with her.

It is in the hospital and from Anya’s relatives that he learns that he slept for 14 years and how everything around has changed. The Germans are outrageous, and there is no salvation for anyone from their cruel and immoral infinity. He and Anya escape from the hospital and travel to Berlin by train. Along the way, the protagonist notices a lot of news about modern life. In the Eisenwald prison in Berlin, he finds in one of the cells of the soldier who remained alive at the very beginning of the game (Wyatt or Fergus). They escape from the prison to the Kreisau headquarters. The head of the Kreisau Circle named Karolina asks the protagonist to find important documents regarding the Whisper project. She then explains the plan of action, which is to take over the Nazi helicopters. He succeeds. They will learn about the properties of the main building material of the Third Reich – super concrete. Further in the story, the main character goes to a concentration camp, where this super concrete is mined. There he arranges an escape for the creator of this material, Seth Roth. He tells about his clan in gratitude. According to him, their clan has such abilities that allow his people to communicate with God. He says their knowledge and technology is being brutally exploited by the Nazis, who didn’t invent anything themselves. The Atlantic is home to one of the largest secret hideouts of the Set Rota clan, and in order to get there, the heroes need a submarine. There they find powerful artifacts, one of them is the Spindle of Rotation. In the very finale, we are given a chance to kill the Skull, but not everything is so easy and simple …
